Shipping policy

All Items are ready for shipment not unless it is a custom order. Of which there will be an agreement between us and the client om delivery dates.

EverythingZulu II is not responsible for packages once they reach the post office. However we will be happy to help with any issues along the way. 

EverythingZulu II is not responsible for lost packages or wrong delivery adress and we cannot change the delivery adress once the post office has the package.

Contact us if  the parcel arrives damaged.
